1 peach, pitted and sliced
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
3-4 slices of cucumber
5-6 mint leaves
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Seedlip Garden 108
1 oz Caleno Light & Zesty
Splash of sparkling water
1 oz Lyres White Cane Spirit
In a shaker, muddle the peach, rosemary, cucumber, and mint leaves.
Add lemon juice, simple syrup, Seedlip and choice of Caleño Light & Zesty or Lyres White Cane Spirit to the shaker with ice and shake until well combined.
Strain the mixture into a glass over ice.
Top with a splash of sparkling water.
