Refund policy

I'm not happy with my product. Can I return it? 

While we do our best to curate products we think you'll love, everyone has different tastes and so we aren't able to guarantee that you'll love the drinks in your order. If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please let us know within 14 days. We'd love to hear what's going on. If the item is truly not a fit, then we'd be happy to refund 50% of your purchase. Please use our contact form or email us at cheers@drycraftdrinks.com and we'll make it right. 

 

 

My order was damaged in transit. Help!

Oh no! We're sorry that happened. While we hand pack every shipment with care, sometimes things do go wrong with our shipping partners. A common issue is shipping in extremely cold temperatures. Unlike alcohol based drinks that stay liquid when they freeze, booze free drinks typically turn to a solid state and expand.
