Ghia
Ghia Aperitif (2 Pack)
This Instagram-worthy bottle is ready to be proudly displayed on your bar cart. With a nod to the Italian Riviera and a 70s disco vibe, both the bottle and the liquid inside have a loyal following.
Delightfully bitter, bright and refreshing, the Ghia Aperitif (aka the OG Bitter) would make any Williamsburg hipster happy in lieu of an Aperol Spritz. Although it's similarly citrus-forward, this one packs more character with a strong note of yuzu that is complemented by gentian root and white grape juice.
The flavor profile is intense and barely sweet. In fact, some might find it not sweet at all. Use it in a spritz or mix it into other cocktails that need some complexity and a beautiful sienna hue.
HOW TO SERVE
- Use in a classic spritz by mixing in a 1 part Ghia to 2 parts sparkling water. Use a higher ratio of Ghia to water for more flavor.
- Mix with fruit forward drinks to add bright citrus notes
