Honeydew Cooler - A Cucumber Mint Batch Mocktail

Tony Conigliaro is a world-renowned bartender and mixologist, best known for his innovative approach to cocktail making. He has been credited with revolutionizing the world of mixology, and his creations are enjoyed in some of the world's finest bars and restaurants.

One of Tony's most famous cocktails is the Twinkle, a sparkling cocktail made with vodka, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice, garnished with a lemon twist. This cocktail has become a modern classic and is widely regarded as one of the best cocktails in the world.

Tony's Honeydew Cooler is another one of his masterpieces. It's a refreshing mocktail made with honeydew melon, lime juice, cucumber, and mint, topped with soda water. The combination of sweet honeydew, tangy lime, and cool cucumber and mint makes this mocktail a perfect summer sipper that you can make ahead!

At Drycraft, we've added our favorite non-alcoholic spirits to this recipe, to amp up the flavor and still allow you to enjoy it any time of day. The combination of honeydew, lime, cucumber, and mint creates a delightful balance of sweet and sour flavors that play nicely against the floral flavors of the Wilderton Lustre. You can also top it off with our favorite non-alcoholic sparkling wine for some extra aroma. Be sure to use a sparkling white wine, like Buzzkill, Surely or Gruvi to keep the color a nice pale green.

Without further ado, here's the recipe for the Honeydew Cooler!
