For Bitter For Worse
The Saskatoon
Inspired by wine and a stroll through the forest of the Pacific Northwest.
When you're craving a dry, earthy wine with tannins but want something a bit different try The Saskatoon. Named after the berries native to North America that resemble blueberries but have a sweet, nutty, almost almond flavor, this drink is a celebration of the American wilderness.
Bright young Douglas fir tips, Sakskatoon berries, and bitter botanicals mingle to create a spicy and sophisticated drink that is less sweet than a typical Negroni.
