Drycraft Penicillin Kit

Upgrade your normal whiskey ginger to something a little bolder and a little less sweet. The Penicllin was a new classic invented at the mixology bar Milk & Honey in the mid 2000s. It was a riff on another favorite of the bar called the Gold Rush, which featured bourbon, lemon, and honey. But this one came with a peaty, smoky Islay scotch and honey-ginger syrup. 

We like ours a little less sweet, so we swap out the ginger syrup for ginger juice to create a refreshingly spicy drink with a real bite. Now you can make this award winning drink in a few steps at home and it is SO EASY. We can't wait for you to try it!
