Wilderton Lustre Non-Alcoholic Botanical Spirit

Wilderton uses vacuum distillation to with water soluble botanicals to create a truly unique drinking experience that is gin adjacent yet refreshingly different. Wilderton makes two varieties, the Earthen and the Lustre. 

The Lustre is the bright and summery counterpart that evokes memories of the sun drenched coastline. Formulated with turmeric, sandalwood, cedar, black tea, and dried citrus peel, this is a refreshing picnic in a bottle. With the addition of warming spices, this drinks like a gin with tea-like influences. 

HOW TO SERVE

• Straight or on the rocks with a sprig of tarragon
• With tonic over ice, sprig of lavender
• Pairs well with coconut water, iced tea, lemon/lime, berry, pineapple
• Use in the place of gin or pisco
• Add to vegetable juice for added depth of flavor
